Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Welcome to (the ‘Site’). We respect the intellectual property rights of others just as we expect others to respect our rights. According to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, a copyright owner or their agent can submit a takedown notice to us via our DMCA Agent provided below. As an internet service provider, we are protected by the DMCA’s “safe harbor” provisions. To make a valid infringement claim, specific information must be included in the notice:

Notice of Infringement – Claim

  1. A signature from the copyright owner or their authorized representative;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work alleged to be infringed;
  3. Details about the infringing material and how to locate it, such as the URL of the page;
  4. Contact information of the complaining party, including name, address, email, phone number, and fax number;
  5. A statement of good faith belief that the material is being used without authorization;
  6. A statement that the notification is accurate and the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Under Title 17 USC §512(f), false claims may result in civil penalties and costs. Takedown notices should be sent through the Contact page via email.

We may share the identity of the complaining party with the alleged infringer upon receiving a copyright infringement claim. By submitting a claim, you agree that your identity may be disclosed.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If you believe material was wrongly taken down due to copyright infringement, you can send a counter notification that includes:

  1. Your signature;
  2. Description of the removed material and its original location;
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake;
  4. Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction.

Submit your counter notice through the Contact page, preferably via email.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We have a strict policy for repeat infringers and maintain a list of DMCA notices. Accounts of repeat infringers will be terminated.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update our DMCA policy at any time. It is recommended to check back regularly for any changes.
